How can I order a Lightning Wire Labs appliance?

All our products are available in our online shop. Just add one or more products to your shopping basket and we’ll guide you step by step through the order process.

Do I have to pay VAT?

VAT is applicable to any customer placing an order from Germany or any consumer purchase within the EU. Businesses within the EU which are not VAT registered must also pay VAT.

Please create an account and input your VAT number during the registration process - if your order is eligible for VAT-exempt shopping, all prices will be shown excluding VAT.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again later. If the payment is not accepted after the second attempt, please contact our billing department to notify us about the problem.

How can I request a formal quote?

Please add all products you require to your basket and click the "Request Quote" button. We will send you a quote via email with all the information you need.

Can I pay by invoice?

The easiest way to make payment is via our online shop however we can invoice customers with a pre-established relationship.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, please get in touch with our sales department.

Yes, we deliver worldwide from our main warehouse in Germany.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary by country and will be calculated at checkout and displayed in your basket.
